We also offer children’s mixed martial arts lessons. However, unlike adults, kids must first earn at least their yellow belt in traditional taekwon-do before participating in MMA.
Our instructors want to ensure your children first develop adequate listening skills, respect, focus, concentration, gross motor skills and self discipline. When we are satisfied your children have developed these attributes, only then will they be permitted into the MMA class.
